Do not use these products if you are operating heavy machinery or driving. Health and Safety Warnings Kratom and 7-OH products contain alkaloids (e.g., mitragynine, 7-Hydroxymitragynine) that may produce opioid-like or stimulant effects, depending on dosage and individual response. High-potency 7-OH products, in particular, may pose an increased risk of dependence or adverse reactions due to their concentrated nature. State-Specific Legal Restrictions Kratom and 7-OH products are subject to varying legal statuses across the United States. We do not ship to the following locations where kratom is banned or restricted as of March 14, 2025: Alabama: Illegal statewide. Arkansas: Illegal statewide. Indiana: Illegal statewide. Rhode Island: Illegal statewide. Vermont: Illegal statewide. Wisconsin: Illegal statewide. California: Banned in San Diego and subject to the California Kratom Consumer Protection Act (effective 2025, limiting 7-OH to 1% of alkaloids; see AB 2365). Florida: Banned in Sarasota County; regulated under the Florida Kratom Consumer Protection Act (F.S. 112.111). Mississippi: Banned in certain counties/cities (e.g., Union County, Columbus). Texas: Regulated under the Texas Kratom Consumer Protection Act (7-OH limited to 2% of alkaloids; see HB 2369). Oregon: Legal for 21+, regulated under Oregon KCPA (ORS 475C). Tennessee: Legal for 21+, regulated under Tennessee KCPA (TCA 39-17-452). This list is not exhaustive, and additional local bans may apply (e.g., Denver, CO; Jerseyville, IL). Customers are responsible for verifying the legality of kratom and 7-OH products in their jurisdiction prior to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders to restricted areas without prior notice.
